Course, the Heavyweight Championship is something that should be established first.
As far as a mid-card championship goes. I think it should be something a little more gimmicky, something that is very much what the X-Division used to be originally. I wouldn't say that it has to have a "strict" weight limit or anything like that, but something that is more innovative. creates room for new / entertaining matches. things of that nature.
As far as the "People's" Championship goes. I think it's an interesting concept. However, I personally wouldn't be comfortable with people getting to vote on a winner via poll. Contenders and what not being voted for, even match types being voted for. Sure I'd be all for that. It'd be different, but the overall winner should never be up to the people in the fed. It should be up to the fed/head/judges. That's just my personal opinion.
IDK... I'm not a huge fan of having belts with gimmicks associated with them besides like a Pure rules belt. I think it makes the belt one dimensional. IMO

Unless I'm mistaken, I think the idea is that the contender's would be voted on, not the winners. Which I think is a pretty neat idea IMO. I wouldn't be in support of winners being chosen either, however.
I like Victory Championship. Putting heavyweight in there is overdone to me, especially if the company is a territory company.
As for the mid-tier belt, I like the Mid-Atlantic Championship.
The bottom belt being something voted on is cool. I like that belt to be the "working man's" belt. As in it's defended on every show. Name it after what the bi-weekly show is called.
